Deadlines for Processing Maps
PLEASE BE ADVISED: In order for a map clearance to be completed before the cut-off date of December 20, you will need to file your map with the Tulare County Assessor's office no later than November 1 of each fiscal year. All maps filed after November 1 may or may not be completed by December 20 based on the current workload of the Tax Collector and Assessor’s office. If the above dates fall on a weekend, the preceding Friday will be the cut-off date.
The e-mail address [email protected] can be used to request copies of fee letters and map clearances. Note that your name, e-mail address, or company name must appear on the map paperwork for the Tax Collector to send out copies. In some instances, the Tax Collector may call the taxpayer to verify the request.
