Utilities

The Utilities Division manages the centralized invoicing process and subsequent billing for all County facilities’ utility and infrastructure charges. The cost of providing services is recovered through charges to user departments. The Utilities division also provides oversight for energy savings programs, seeks energy savings grants, and develops energy conservation recommendations.
