The Tulare County Permit Center no longer accepts permit applications via email. All applications must now be submitted through the County of Tulare Citizen Self Service Portal. This online platform allows you to apply for permits, upload documents, track the status of your application, and communicate directly with staff—anytime, from anywhere.
