Submittals
General Requirements
Submittals for the purpose of this page refers only to Corner Records, Records of Surveys, Final Parcel Maps, and Final Tract Maps.
A submittal should include all of the following, as may be applicable to the item being submitted:
- Contact information for the surveyor of record.
- Any cited documents recorded before 1949.
- Any non-recorded material cited as on the map.
- Closure calculations
An initial submittal and all review submittals may be made via email or sent to our mailing address. This office's preference is to receive all examination submittals electronically.

After receiving the initial submittal it will be reviewed for completeness, a case number will be assigned, and if fees were not provided they will be requested.
Corner Record
An initial submittal of a Corner Record may be made to our office address or by our email address. The examination fee for a Corner Record is $11.00.
Record of Survey
An initial submittal of a Record of Survey may be made to our office address or by our email address. The examination fee for a record of survey is $536.00, fees for recording are $83.00 for the 1st sheet plus $2.00 per additional sheet.
Final Parcel Map
After the approval of the Tentative Parcel Map an initial submittal of a Final Parcel Map may be made to our office address or by our email address. Exact fees will be requested on receipt of a initial submittal. Additionally, a current title report shall be included with the submittal.
Final Tract Map
After the approval of the Tentative Subdivision map an initial submittal of a Final Tract Map may be made to our office address or by our email address. Exact fees will be requested on receipt of a initial submittal. Additionally, a current title report shall be included with the submittal.
