Property Management is dedicated to the effective stewardship of Tulare County’s real estate assets. The division manages the purchase, leasing, and disposition of County-owned properties, ensuring each transaction supports the County’s operational and community needs. This includes procuring, negotiating, and enforcing lease agreements for County agencies, as well as overseeing the sale or transfer of properties no longer in use. Property Management also maintains an inventory of properties currently available for lease.
